I have so many notebooks filled (I 'm old school) and just can't bring myself to throw them away. It's a clusterfuck, really.

Same, dude. I keep them in my desk drawers and the desk probably weighs 1,000 pounds.

I use ColorNote on my phone. There are a LOT of grocery lists - more inventory than a shopping list. Christmas cards and gifts lists. Notes on people/friends/vendors.

Oh, the Christmas card lists. Mine are annotated so I don't forget who *didn't* send me one back!

I love seeing your archaeologic record of notes. I imagine them when unscanned in striated layers and named as in epochs. Therapist Era; Ultimate Success Backyard Epoch.

Beautiful poem! My blank notebooks are almost like the dream before the dream within a dream. I often think the right notebook will turn my life around. And the amount of digital notebooks I have mirrors the real life ones, dropbox paper, google keep, iphone notes, text edit notes, emails to myself, calendar notes.
